THE FARM Welcome to our ORGANIC farm. We run our farm with a lot of joy and dedication. In total there are 30 dairy cows, 35 young cattle including our calves, 10 oxen, and . . . ... a few cats. My husband Erwin Willam is not only the farmer, but also the dairyman. He took over the traditional dairyman's craft from his father and every year, with a lot of love, produces his fine mountain cheese by hand. Erwin loves his craft and you can taste it. Healthy animals kept in species-appropriate conditions and fed the best food, thank us with their fine organic milk. We love what we do and so we invite you to get to know what we offer you through real handcraft. The way to a person's heart is through their stomach and our animals are particularly great at it. With a lot of care in agriculture all year round, we produce the best organic products in high quality for animals and people. ANIMAL WELFARE Our calves are raised here for 4-6 months and, if possible, slaughtered after 1-2 years. They are not only given milk, but also hay, some fresh grass, corn and water. They are born on the farm and are slaughtered and processed by the organic butcher nearby. Short transport routes and gentle slaughter are our priority. On our farm, the circle closes with the final marketing of their products in our farm shop. All of our own products are organic and have a fine taste. THE FARM SHOP In our farm shop, we offer you a complete range of basic foods for your meals. Butter, milk, drinking yoghurt, cheese, sausage specialties, grilled meat, meat, jam, garden delicacies, herbal salts, etc. No flavor enhancers, no added sugar and, above all, happy animals provide this excellent quality. I support my husband in all areas with a lot of passion and enjoy our valuable work every day. Together we are your hosts on our beautiful farm and welcome you warmly. Larissa and Erwin Willam SURROUNDINGS The Bregenz Forest is very idyllic and we are happy to give you tips about the area. We are located in the middle between the Allgäu and Lake Constance and are part of the Bregenz Forest at 700 m above sea level. Lovely in a hilly landscape and framed by the real mountains, our region offers everything you could wish for. Hikes, herb hikes, alpine tours, cycling and of course the famous cheese route. We are on a farm track that is open to you. Visit our chapel or the moorland area within walking distance, within 10-15 minutes. ALSO VISIT OUR ALPINE. All kinds of shops for daily needs can be reached within 15 minutes on foot.
