Welcome and a warm "Moin" from beautiful St. Peter-Ording! We're so glad you found us! Our small, private pitch is located at the end of our paved driveway – nestled in a quiet, green setting, yet very close to everything that makes St. Peter-Ording so special, including the beach. Dogs are also very welcome! 🤗 Please note: The vehicle is parked on our paved driveway, which may be slightly uneven in places – if necessary, simply adjust/level the vehicle. Electricity and water can be booked on site if needed. :) Your parking space is right next to your terrace – surrounded by plants, birds, and that pleasant peace and quiet we often long for. Our house is set back next door – so you're our guests, but also have complete privacy. You don't have to worry about prying eyes on the terrace either. It's not luxurious, but cozy and perfect for relaxing. Here you can simply arrive, unwind, and breathe deeply. Your own terrace – like a small green living room under the open sky: - Large table with two chairs / without chairs, space for one or two sun loungers (if you brought this with you) - A somewhat dated, wind-protected, but comfortable beach chair A real favorite spot! - Plenty of sunshine until the early evening (depending on the season) Peace and nature – yet right in the middle of it all: - 10 to 15 minutes walk to Ording beach – perfect for beach days and sunsets - 10 minutes walk to the lively center "Bad" – with cafes, shops, restaurants and sea views - 15 minutes by bike to the beautiful "village" – weekly market, small boutiques, restaurants - Just a 3-minute walk to the bus/train – with your spa card you can even travel for free take the local bus The spa card / spa tax: A must-have for anyone vacationing in St. Peter-Ording. General rental conditions – Parking space / Use of property Arrival and departure times Arrival: 12:00–20:00 Departure: no later than 10:00 AM (applies to all days of the week). A further night's charge will be applied for departures more than 30 minutes late. Exceptions are possible upon individual arrangement. If you do not arrive without prior notification by 8:00 PM, the contract will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued. The same applies to early departure. Quiet hours: Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. Absolute quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A midday rest period is observed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please be considerate. Duty of care and notification of defects: The tenant agrees to treat the parking space and associated furniture with care. Outdoor facilities included. Damage must be reported immediately. Any visible defects should be reported upon arrival. Subsequent claims are excluded. A reasonable period must be allowed for the rectification of defects. Damage caused by the tenant must be reported to the landlord immediately and must be financially compensated accordingly. Barbecue / open fire Only secured gas grills are permitted. Violations of this provision, disturbances of the peace, antisocial or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without entitlement to a refund. In this case, the landlord is entitled to retain the full amount as liquidated damages. The tenant is obligated to vacate the property immediately and completely upon request. Remaining on the property after termination constitutes unauthorized use and may be subject to civil prosecution. Electricity: Only by prior arrangement. Shore power connection (10A, max. 2000W). Flat rate: €5/day incl. 3kWh. Additional consumption: €0.80/kWh. E-bike charging only via special booking, separate connection, €0.80/kWh. A very beautiful, quiet, and idyllic campsite with a great location (within walking distance) of many of Sankt Peter-Ording's hot spots. My dogs also felt very comfortable with the animal-loving Annie. She is a truly lovely host who was always available. We would love to come back!
