This pitch is located next to our forest cabin, surrounded by the tranquility of the woods. Use of the cabin is not included in this listing. However, you are welcome to use the toilet, and the running water from the tap comes from a rain barrel. It's the perfect spot if you want to get completely away from it all. But if you do fancy some entertainment and village life, the village is about a 15-minute walk away. And it has everything you could wish for in a perfect holiday: an outdoor swimming pool, the incredibly beautiful and newly landscaped spa park, restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, bakeries, ice cream parlors, and much, much more. Outdoor sports enthusiasts will find endless possibilities here. Biking, hiking, trail running, paragliding, bouldering, horseback riding: everything is possible. Lake Henne and Lake Bigge are about 30 kilometers away, and Lake Sorpe is just under 50 kilometers away. Feel free to ask us for excursion tips and insider spots. PS: Turning around is limited up here in the forest – in the worst-case scenario, you should be able to reverse the 200 meters to the paved road. Four-wheel drive is advantageous in very muddy conditions or continuous rain. The toilet is not usable during the winter months. As the tourist tax cannot be calculated via Vansite, it will be collected upon handover. Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement. Notice: African swine fever (ASF) has currently broken out in our region. It is completely harmless to humans and animals (except pigs). Dogs must be kept on a leash and are not allowed to run free due to the risk of transmission. Please take note. The toilet is currently out of service due to renovations.
