About the site
If you like hiking and have not yet experienced the Palatinate Forest, you should add this unique natural landscape with its numerous sandstone cliffs, the Palatinate Wine Trail and the Palatinate Forest Trail to your to-do list. Two main routes form the basic framework and are complemented by countless themed hiking trails for day and half-day tours of varying levels of difficulty. Along the way, you will experience views of the sandstone cliffs in the Palatinate Forest, hidden castles and the largest forest area in Germany. Be inspired by the Celtic shower in the Wallhalbtal, the Devil's Table near Hinterweidenthal and the rock hiking trail near Rodalben and then enjoy the Palatinate wine in Bockenheim. The parking space is on the edge of a new development with direct access to the Palatinate Forest. Good public transport connections towards Saarland and Landau.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Hat uns einen tollen Alternativ-Platz angeboten, da der eigentliche Platz durch den Regen schlecht nutzbar war. Verbrachten eine ruhige Nacht am Waldrand. Danke nochmals 👍🏻
