Terms and Conditions for the Trade Fair Prize Draw 2024

1. Subject of the Terms and Conditions and Organiser

  • These terms and conditions govern participation in the VanSite newsletter prize draw and the transfer of rights. The description and process of the prize draw are published on the website of VanSite UG (haftungsbeschrankt).

  • The organiser of the prize draw is VanSite UG (haftungsbeschrankt), am Sudhang 8, 33739 Bielefeld.

  • By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions.

  • The prize draw has no connection to social media and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organised by any such platform.

2. Participation

  • Eligible to participate are all persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany. Employees of VanSite UG (haftungsbeschrankt) and affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are excluded. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.

  • Eligible participants can enter the prize draw by signing up for the VanSite newsletter via the lead form, which asks for first name, last name, and email address.

  • Participation is possible from 01.02.2024 to 15.09.2024.

3. Prizes and Prize Notification

  • The prize is a VanSite JahresPass with a value of 349 EUR (RRP).

  • The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received before the end of the prize draw period and notified by email. Winners must provide their personal details for delivery of the prize.

  • If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 14 days, the claim to the prize lapses and a new winner is selected.

  • The prize is non-transferable. Exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

4. Liability and Indemnification

  • By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to indemnify the organiser from any liability.

5. Exclusion

  • A breach of these terms and conditions entitles the organiser to exclude the participant concerned from the prize draw.

6. Early Termination and Changes

  • The organiser reserves the right to discontinue or modify the prize draw at any time without prior notice if required for technical or legal reasons.

7. Data Protection

  • By signing up for the newsletter as part of the prize draw, participants agree that their personal data (first name, last name, email address) may be used by VanSite UG (haftungsbeschrankt) to send the newsletter. This covers information about current offers, news on camping destinations, and details of future prize draws. Consent to receive the newsletter can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

  • Personal data is collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of running the prize draw and for newsletter marketing, provided explicit consent has been given. The data is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary for conducting the prize draw or delivering the newsletter.

  • Participants have the right to access the data stored about them, to have it corrected, deleted, or its processing restricted, as well as the right to data portability. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Final Provisions

  • If individual provisions of the terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.

  • German law applies to the prize draw. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
