VanSite offers three different passes for flexible camping: the AnnualPass, the AnnualPass Plus and the 25Pass. With the AnnualPass you can use over 80% of all pitches for €0 overnight costs, while the AnnualPass Plus also includes all “PLUS pitches”. The 25Pass offers you a 25% discount on every overnight stay. Vouchers are also available in various amounts, making them the perfect gift for camping fans.

The VanSite pitches offer you natural and personal camping opportunities on private green spaces far away from mass tourism. With a maximum of five spots per host, you can enjoy peace and individuality. Many pitches also offer sanitary facilities, fresh water and electricity. The platform allows you to filter by facilities, surroundings and activities to find the ideal pitch - from a meadow in the countryside to a cabin by the lake.

Which pass is right for you depends on your travel habits. The AnnualPass is ideal if you want to travel flexibly and cost-effectively all year round and prefer €0 overnight costs on over 80% of the spots. The AnnualPass Plus also gives you access to all spots, including the “PLUS” pitches, also without overnight costs. The 25Pass suits you if you prefer spontaneous short trips and want a 25% discount on all overnight stays.

The AnnualPass costs €249 once for 12 months. The AnnualPass Plus costs €349/year and is for campers who want to stay overnight for free on all spots. The 25Pass offers a saving of 25% on all overnight stays for just €25 per year. A card is worthwhile if you like to travel often, as you can save considerably after just a few overnight stays, giving you the freedom to camp without much planning.

The VanSite passes are linked directly to your personal account and vehicle. You can then make bookings conveniently via the VanSite website or app. This means your pass is always at hand digitally and you can make spontaneous, paperless bookings on the go.

Yes, the Annual Passes are tied to you and your registered vehicle. However, you can always take an additional person with you - and your four-legged friend on dog-friendly sites. If you want to travel with more than one person, you can book the “Family & Friends Package” and use the pass for up to four additional people.

Each VanSite Pass is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase and expires automatically without the need to renew a subscription.

When using the Annual Passes, the number of your bookings is not restricted. However, to ensure that all our Annual Pass holders enjoy fair access to our spots, we have established certain guidelines. These are designed to prevent abuse of the system and give everyone the opportunity to enjoy their camping experience to the full:

• Future bookings:

You can make up to 4 future bookings at any one time. This rule helps us to ensure a wide availability of spots for everyone.

• No-Shows:

We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow up to 3 no-shows within a year. However, we ask you to cancel bookings in advance if you are unable to travel to the spot you have booked.

• Maximum length of stay (per booking)

To prevent individual listings from being booked out far in advance by individual users, the maximum number of nights for each booking is limited to three nights.

• Water and electricity consumption:

Water and electricity consumption must be paid for separately and is not included in any of our passes.

• Use of sanitary facilities

The use of sanitary facilities such as toilets or showers must be paid for separately and are not included in any of our passes.

• Bookings with the same host:

To ensure a fair distribution, we limit the number of bookings with the same host to a maximum of 7 within a year.
