Welcome to our quiet little farming village at the entrance to Franconian Switzerland. Our spacious recreational property on the Wiesent river is opposite our three-sided farmstead. Here you can relax, drink coffee, jump on a trampoline, observe trout, dragonflies, beavers and bats, and even jump into the cold Wiesent river. There's a jetty, a summer kitchen, and a fire pit. During the summer months, you can harvest and enjoy fresh lettuce, pattypan squash, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, beans and all sorts of other vegetables from our organic raised bed with us. Our village has a mini playground and a new ping-pong table. There are several supermarkets within 2 km, and also a really idyllic outdoor swimming pool. Our private, one-kilometer-long salmonid waterway meanders directly adjacent to the recreational property. Fly fishermen can book day tickets directly with us. Dogs are allowed. We kindly ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property. Forest and meadow paths for walks begin 20 meters away. Please also allow your dog to relieve itself there.
