About the site
Next to the boathouse by the lake, very beautiful location. Very beautiful place next to a lake that is suitable for swimming, fishing and paddling. Quiet peaceful location, here you can hear the silence, the lapping of the waves, the chirping of birds, feel the lovely scents and just enjoy. This is a quiet place where both adults, children and animals find peace. Here there are paths and roads for hiking, cycling. Hike one of our paths, 2 of which are marked with instructions and information. It is a forest road the last kilometers to the site. Not suitable for more than normal high-altitude walking. Several wind shelters to grill by the lake are available. Detailed map is in the photos. Site rules
Be considerate, keep nature clean, keep dogs on a leash. Do not use "private" areas. Contact the owner if necessary for any support and guidance. Your own camping toilet is required. The area is extra nature protected. The water in the lake is completely clean but may need to be boiled in case of algae bloom. In Torsby municipality you can empty grey water at the municipal parking lot in Torsby city center by the old railway station. Your little red cottage is private area.

I was able to stay overnight at an absolutely idyllic and peaceful spot with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding countryside. Many thanks to Carina for sharing this wonderful place and for the friendly email communication. I would love to come back.

Very beautiful place. Very quiet. Very idyllic location. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the owners, but the email contact was very nice. The site is right next to a boathouse. If it weren't there, you could say it's pure Swedish nature. Highly recommended! We'd be happy to come back anytime.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
