About the site
Dear guests, We operate a motorhome site with a self-contained electricity and water system. We are not connected to the general grid of the municipality of Lelystad. Therefore, we cannot offer all services such as electricity. However, with us you can enjoy perhaps the most beautiful view over the Markermeer. A beautiful beach is right on the doorstep. We also have a terrace with a beautiful view of the Markermeer. Here you can enjoy our predominantly organic drinks and dishes. Our tarte flambée is very popular. SUP boards can be rented from us. Service information: Check-in: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (other Check-in times according to (Arrangements possible) 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday & Saturday Check-out: 9:00-11:00 AM The barrier is closed from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at night. Please note that between October 20th and March 31st, we are open by appointment only, preferably via email. During the winter period from October 20th to March 31st, the use of the service area is limited or not possible at all. Motorhome toilets can only be disposed of using biological cleaning agents. Because we operate our own wastewater treatment plant using microorganisms.

Ein toller Platz am Wasser. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Genau das Richtige, für Geist und Seele - sogar bei stürmischen Wetter! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Ablauf und freundlichen Kontakt. Viele Grüße - auch an Findus…😁

An absolutely fantastic spot right by the sea. From there, you can go on wonderful bike rides. I can absolutely recommend this place.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
