We received a very warm welcome and the site is in a great location near the town center of Königs Wusterhausen, the S-Bahn to Berlin, and a swimming lake is just a few minutes away by bike. We're deducting one star because the property advertises things that aren't (yet) available - for example, the shower and washing machine aren't there as advertised. The site itself isn't particularly nice; it's a trailer dealer's parking lot, so it's full of equipment, but the location makes it okay for one or two nights.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy.
