It is possible to use the outdoor area (there is electricity in this area), the adjacent bathroom, the swing and the bouncy castle. It is not permitted to use the swimming pool or the children's house which will be demolished. Small dogs are allowed as long as they are sociable with other animals (they could meet a Labrador, a cat and two turtles) and their excrement is collected. The bathroom must be left clean after use to allow other guests to use it pleasantly.
