About the site
Hello dear ones ☀️ Here you will have a 1200 sqm pitch just for yourself, so you can enjoy the peace and nature in complete peace and quiet. You can relax in the hammock, a sun sail provides shade and a string of lights creates a lovely atmosphere. The place is a perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours. A special highlight in Burgen is the Frohnbachblick viewing platform. There you can rest and enjoy the view of the entire valley and the Frohnbach stream. The Moselle flows within 3 km of the hike. From your location you can see the former course of the river. From here it is not far for trips to Bernkastel-Kues (7 km) or to the oldest city in Germany, Trier (48 km by motorway). The site is on a slight slope, so wedges are required. If you don't have them, we'll be happy to provide some free of charge. After booking, you will receive directions from me, which you should follow as the other route is not suitable! There's enough space for several vehicles/tents. If you'd like to book with a group, please let me know so I can reserve multiple pitches for you. Billing will then be done per pitch (per tent, van, roof tent, motorhome and caravan). If you are coming with small children, please let me know and I will provide a small box of games. During the winter months, booking is only possible for vehicles with four-wheel drive. Schön gelegener Stellplatz für autarkes Campen. Da die Wiese leicht abschüssig ist, sind Keile dringend abgeraten. Die Kommunikation mit Hizia war super, absolut entgegenkommend und freundlich. Kann den Platz ohne weiteres empfehlen, auch die Lage in der Moselregion ist herrlich. Feuerholz für die Feuerschale wird gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung gestellt, was will man mehr? Komme gerne wieder. Eric

TRAUMplatz. Unter einer Lichterkette, in der Hängematte liegend mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Ein so „Herz“licher Empfang von Hizia. Vorab schon zahlreiche Infos bekommen. Abends ein kleiner Spaziergang in den Ort zum Weingut und lecker gegessen. Unser Hund Ole hat die weitläufige Wiese geliebt. Haben eine ruhige Nacht unterm Sternenhimmel verbracht. Radtour an die Mosel und in den schönen Ort Bernkastel-Kues. Wir kommen wieder. Danke, dass wir bei euch sein durften.

Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht und einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Hündin fand die Alleinlage auf der Wiese spitze. Hizia ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Am Stellplatz ist alles vorhanden was das Camperherz benötigt und wir kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder. 👋

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Aufenthalt auf Hizias traumhaften Wiese. Er Kontakt zur Gastgeberin ist total herzlich. Sie ist bemüht sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Der Spot liegt schön ruhig . Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
