About the site
Enjoy the view over the Donnersbach Valley at 1,000 meters above sea level at the Ertlschweigerhaus viewing campsite. You are welcome to use the restroom and shower at the Ertlschweigerhaus right next door. Open from the beginning of May to 10 November (as long as there is no snow) toilet Shower drinking water WiFi Household waste disposal Seating Power connection Toilet cassette disposal sauna Restrooms and showers are available at the Ertlschweigerhaus. Fresh water is conveniently available from the fountain in front of our house. During peak season (mid-June to the first week of September) we offer bread roll service in the morning! Culinary Delights: From mid-June to mid-September, our restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday evenings. A small selection of regional dishes awaits you. You are welcome to order takeaway meals. The restaurant is closed during the winter. Our restaurant is already closed, but we look forward to serving you again next summer! We look forward to welcoming you again to our culinary days from October 30th to November 9th! !!!!!!Attention/Company holiday from October 9th to October 23rd, 2025 !!!!!! If the door to the Ertlschweigerhaus isn't open, just call us and we'll send someone over. Dogs are welcome on the campsite grounds, but please do not use the restrooms. We ask for your understanding!

Site rules
Quiet hours are 10 p.m.! Restrooms and showers are located in the Ertlschweigerhaus. Fresh water is available from our well in front of the house. If the door to the Ertlschweigerhaus isn't open, just give us a call and someone will come by! Dogs are only allowed outside and are not allowed in the restrooms. Please understand! Please use dog poop bags!!!!!! Think of the environment and the cows in the pasture!!! Bread roll service (from mid-June to the first week of September)! Drinks, coffee, milk and much more in the self-service area.

The welcome was simple and hassle-free, allowing you to immediately relax and enjoy the indescribably magnificent view. The food at the inn is delicious. We'd love to come back!

A very friendly and approachable host. The small self-service shop is perfect, as is the morning bread roll service; the sourdough bread is highly recommended. Even though the site is slightly off the road, it's very quiet as it's not a through road. Best regards Nick and Leila

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
