Collepietro has been classified as a "Borgo del respiro" (Breath-Taking Village). Our site is located within a large private property, near the Majella and Gran Sasso National Parks. We are happy to inform you that our site also welcomes your four-legged friends, so feel free to bring them along. Regarding amenities, we offer a large area with a solarium to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature, as well as an outdoor shower, electricity, and restrooms. This village's geographical location will allow you to visit the "7 Wonders of Abruzzo": Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Tirino River, Stiffe Caves, Costa dei Trabocchi, Hermitage of Celestine V, and Lake Scanno. We spent a wonderful eight nights here because we simply didn't want to leave. We felt so comfortable. The hosts are kind-hearted and so hospitable. We had so much fun in the pool and on the playground next door. We felt like we were able to experience the Italian mentality firsthand. They even helped us arrange an appointment at a nearby workshop. Thank you for the unforgettable time and the valuable exchange! Grazie mille! See you next time.🤗🥰

Carmine is a very friendly host who always makes sure you don't lack anything. We stayed two nights at the campsite in the beautiful little village of Collepietro. If you're looking for peace and breathtaking views, this is the place for you. Thanks again to Carmine and his wife for letting us be there. 🙂

What a wonderful place! We spent an incredibly peaceful and beautiful night. The little village is gorgeous, and you get a very authentic feel for how life works in such a small Italian mountain village. Carmine and his wife are such wonderful people! Their hospitality is beyond words. We felt incredibly welcome, were treated to espresso, and even received replacements for our broken wine glasses. Such kind-hearted people, and we were reluctant to leave. We were truly sad to have to move on after just one night. This place is a real gem and possesses a very special magic thanks to our hosts! We hope to be able to travel to the area again in the near future!

Super friendly hosts, in a wonderful Italian mountain village with winding streets and lots to explore! The pitch is located in front of the restaurant on a flat, gravelled area (no wedges needed!), with fresh water and electricity. The hosts' hospitality is outstanding! Thank you for everything! We'll definitely be back! 👋🏻

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy.
