About the site
We are located in the residential area of the city of Palermo, 4 kilometers from the famous seaside resort of Mondello, which you can reach in a few minutes with buses 606, 614 and 645 at a cost of €1.40, and from the city center, which you can reach in about half an hour by taking buses 101 and 106, always at the same cost. All buses leave from the nearby Viale del Fante and Via Antonio Cassarà, where the relative tickets are sold.

As we enjoyed it here very much and Fausto was very accommodating and helpful we extended our stay.

Perfect base within the great city of Palermo. A safe space next to the stadium and a large park with easy bus connections downtown and to the beach at Mondello. Great toilet and hot shower as well as the power and water hookup. We got in extremely early in the morning off the ferry and it was no issue at all with the instructions for access given by Fausto. Also very quite despite being in the city.

Ein wirklich toller Gastgeber, Fausto ist sehr aufmerksam, hat am Abend sogar noch Tips für zwei Lokale in der Nähe per Whatsapp geschickt. Der Platz ansich bietet alles was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-3 Tage benötigt wird. Für Hundebesitzer ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ein toller Park in dem man auch 2-3 km weit laufen kann. Tip: für den Rückweg am besten den gleichen Weg nehmen, einen Rundweg konnte ich trotz langem Suchen noch nicht ausfindig machen.

Einfacher aber unkonventioneller Ort um Palermo zu besichtigen. Dusche und WC funktionieren einwandfrei. Um die Ecke sind die Buslinien um in die Stadt oder nach Mondello zu fahren. Ich würde wieder diesen Platz wählen.

Fausto is so nice and easy to reach. I wanted to stay one night and ended up staying 5 nights. Toilet and shower are great, clean, warm. The garden is beautiful. 1€ amazing coffee in 2min. Supermarket, dog area, park, playground in 3min.
