About the site
The "La Chana" plot is a private and independent plot with a house on the grounds. It has a bathroom and hot shower, a swimming pool, a trampoline, and a barbecue. It is located right between an orange grove and a park overlooking a lagoon (dry in summer). It is approximately 5 km from La Barrosa Beach and another 5 km from Sancti Petri Beach. An idyllic place where tranquility and the sound of birds are the protagonists.

Make respectful use of the land. Do not pour either grey water or waste water from the toilet into the bathroom. Supervise minors in the pool at all times. Supervise minors on the trampoline at all times. Respect the rest hours of neighbors.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable.
