You will be able to enjoy complete peace and quiet (the neighborhood is very residential) and the facilities of my house (toilet, bathroom, workshop, etc.). The major advantage is private access to the town's huge municipal park (football field, basketball court, children's playground, pétanque court, fitness trail, etc.). The village has all the shops, amenities and healthcare professionals. There is also a very convenient transport link a 5-minute walk from the house to Reims by train (15-minute journey) and to Paris (1 hour 15-minute journey to Gare de l'Est). By choosing the best times, you can leave your vehicle here and reach Disneyland in less than 2 hours by train! (Which will save you a lot of stress and parking costs).
