Pure nature! Relax among vineyards and a view of the Manhartsberg. Right next door is a goose and duck enclosure. A romantic campfire site with a seating area is available for use. If you need firewood, just let us know. We are happy to provide a firewood basket. There is a cyclist's rest stop, a wine tavern, a guesthouse, a riding stable, a forest pool, and a tennis court in the village. The campsite is located at the foot of the Manhartsberg, on the border between the Weinviertel and Waldviertel regions, near the Thayatal National Park. The surrounding area offers wonderful excursion destinations such as the Retz Windmill, the famous Retz Adventure Cellar, or the Thayatal National Park with Hardegg Castle and the attractive new suspension bridge connecting Austria and the Czech Republic. There are six different beautiful hiking trails in the Thayatal National Park. Furthermore, many cycling paths are very well marked (e.g., at the cyclist's rest stop).
