About the site
We are Jaap and Kim. With our son Brent, we emigrated to Spain in December 2021 to fulfill our dream. We now run a small scale glamping site with luxury tents between olive and almond trees! If you want to relax and not camp, we also have a deluxe studio, which is equipped for up to 4 people. Of course it is also possible to stay with your motorhome. Beautiful places with wide views in the middle of mountains and olive groves Enjoy nature and relax! Ideal place for walks, motorbike rides and bike rides. The village of Monóvar is 2 km away. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by bike. Facilities: Swimming pool 12 x 6 (unheated) Breakfast service, Luxurious sanitary facilities , diswashing area, Electricity, trampline and games. Spacious pitches. Pets accepted on a leash. Reservation by phone or app!

Liability Entering the site and using our facilities and furnishings is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents, damage and/or theft Pets Dogs allowed on a lead (See our dog policy) Swimming pool The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk at all times. There is no supervision. We ask you to shower in advance at the outdoor shower. The swimming pool may be used from 9 am to 9 pm. Peace We ask our guests to respect the peace on our site between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m. Waste You must take your waste with you to the green/grey bins which are on the left and right (± 100m further) at the exit of the site. Sanitary building & washing up facilities We all like to go to a clean toilet and have a fresh shower; do you want to leave the toilet, shower and washing-up area clean? Parking You can park at the indicated parking spaces. It is not allowed to park your car directly in front of or behind the gate in connection with emergency access. On arrival or departure, you can drive your car up to the bar where you can load/unload your belongings and transport them further in a handcart. You can also use this when you have done your shopping. Please put the handcart back after use. It is not allowed to keep these with your tent. Remote control gate Each accommodation has one gate remote control. You can use this to operate the gate at any time. The gate closes automatically. In case of loss or theft of this, 40 euros will be charged. Nature Enjoy the beautiful nature around you and let's keep it that way. Do not leave plastic or other packaging material in nature. Throw it in one of the garbage cans on the property. We wish you a pleasant stay at El Chico Rubio! Jaap und Kim sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, es gibt sehr schöne heiße Duschen und saubere Toiletten sowie eine Möglichkeit zum Spülen. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und werde wahrscheinlich wieder kommen! Sehr zum empfehlen! Am liebsten mehr Sterne.

Eine absolut tolle Erfahrung! Super schöner Platz umgeben von Natur! Perfekte Sanitäranlagen und heiße Duschen! Es fehlt einem an nichts und wenn man Fragen hat bekommt man vom Gastgeber wertvolle Tipps! Super familiäre Atmosphäre, es hat einen riesen Spaß gemacht!

Een werkelijk schitterend aangelegde CP voorzien van alle gemakken, inclusief heerlijke douches, een zwembad en overal gezellige zitjes. Streekproducten zoals eieren, olijfolie en wijn te koop. Je kunt hier heerlijk wandelen. De eigenaar van de CP heeft een paar mooie wandelingen uitgezet via Komoot en Wikiloc, erg handig! Jammer dat de afvoer van de douche slecht wegloopt, waardoor de douchebak steeds overstroomt. Ook is hier slecht internet en bellen met het thuisfront lukte niet. De eigenaar is een beetje betweterig en niet zo flexibel. Wij stonden hier 3 nachten en de dag van vertrek werd er tussen de middag een paella lunch georganiseerd. Leuk! Wij probeerden een nacht bij te boeken, hetgeen niet lukte - kan gebeuren. Wij stelden toen voor onze camper op de oprit te parkeren en na de paella te vertrekken, maar dat mocht helaas niet. Grijs water bij de plantjes vinden wij een beetje bijzonder. Bovendien hebben we geen emmer bij ons, dus we hebben niet gelost. De plek is echt prima, maar de gastvrijheid die we in Spanje zo waarderen, hebben we hier niet helemaal gevoeld.

Jaap und Kim sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toller Platz, super Sanitäranlagen und alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und Weihnachtsstimmung kommt auch noch auf!!👌🏼 Kann man nur empfehlen, gerne wieder :)
