About the site
The site is in an idyllic corner on a multi-family farm. Electricity and water are available. In 5-10 minutes you can reach the Wallendorf and Rassnitzer lakes by bike. There is a bakery and butcher in the village, and there are fresh eggs from the farm. Fruit and vegetables are fresh from the garden depending on the season.

A very warm welcome, the place is really nice and cozy. The surrounding area is great for walking, and it's not far to a lovely little beach. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because my night was a bit disappointing. On the other side of the wall, one of the dogs barked his head off all night long, and no one cared about the poor fellow. Otherwise really great.

Great idyllic place, very friendly and helpful hosts. There's a lake nearby with beautiful hiking trails. Highly recommended. We would love to come back.

Communication with Jan was excellent. Upon arrival, we received a warm and helpful welcome. The site is quiet, and it's easy to sleep. I highly recommend walking around the neighboring lakes. Bring your swimwear in the summer, as the lakes also offer swimming spots. We'd love to come back.

We were able to spend a truly peaceful night here. The place is a great base for cycling tours. And the village has a really good restaurant (wine cellar) with excellent German cuisine. We will definitely come back!

A truly beautiful spot. Jan was very helpful when the cable didn't quite fit. We inquired at short notice because we were passing through, and Jan responded immediately and was fortunate enough to be able to accept. Highly recommended.
