About the site
Our paradise is located at 1150 meters in the Zirbitzkogel/Grebenzen Nature Park in Zeutschach 21 near Neumarkt in Styria. From our sustainable orchard, you have unobstructed views of the Seetal Alps (Zirbitzkogel) and direct access to hiking and biking trails in a very relaxing landscape. We have two pitches. You can liven up the wooden hut with its fine larch furniture and find shelter from the rain. There are lovely spots with garden furniture. A pack of kittens roams around. We offer facilities for crafts (sculpting, weaving, wood burning, painting, etc.). We have a harmonica, guitar, and violin for practice. Wi-Fi is also available. The Seidl Brewery (home-made beer and regional cuisine) is a 10-minute walk away. The Zeutschacher Ursprung and Maria Schönanger are just a stone's throw away. The Grasluppteich and Furtnerteich lakes invite you to swim and fish. You can go shopping in Neumarkt by car in 10 minutes. The parking space is level, and wedges never hurt. Here you have everything you need, as well as a magnificent view of the wide valley and the surrounding mountains. Plus, Gunther's also serves a really good espresso! 😉

We had a very nice and peaceful few days with a beautiful view. Gunther was very helpful, and we thank him very much for that. One star deducted because it was difficult to find a flat surface, but not impossible. Wedges required.

The stay in Zeutschach was very successful. The campsite was clean and beautifully situated with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Gunther is a very welcoming host who invited us into his house on the very first evening. A very harmonious barbecue evening followed. Gunther was always keen to help us with anything else we needed. I can only recommend Gunther and his pitch.

Beautiful location, mixed impression Great, quiet location with a beautiful view and a friendly host – ideal for unwinding. However, the house smelled strongly of smoke and cat, and the cleanliness could have been better. Overall, it didn't seem entirely geared toward guests, and the price seemed too high for what was offered. Still a beautiful place for anyone looking for peace and nature.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy.
