About the site
Our small private campsite is located above the edge of Lake Harkort between Wetter and Herdecke, in the middle of our large garden. We are passionate campers and would like to return some of the hospitality we've experienced in all sorts of countries. It is absolutely quiet here, in the middle of nature with all the animals around and with direct connections to the Ruhr Cycle Path, Avalonia climbing area and the numerous cycle and railway routes in the Ruhr area. You are welcome to use our grill or our terrace. On the side facing the lake, there is an unsecured steep slope, important for people with children.

Eine wunderschöner Stellplatz, ruhig, toller Blick ins Tal. Sven ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, freundlich, unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit dem Angebot zu frisch aufgebackenen Brötchen überrascht. So startet der Tag ganz entspannt. Danke.

Richtiges schönes Plätzchen mit tollem Blick auf den Harkortsee und viel Natur drumherum. Eine tolle, sehr nette Gastgeber-Familie, bei der man sich vom ersten Kontakt absolut wohlfühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider hat es so, wie geplant, nicht geklappt, sodass ich nicht dort war - ich kann deshalb weder etwas positives, noch negatives schreiben. Der Kontakt war sehr nett.
