About the site
Beautiful property on a hillside, parking space on level ground, close to the forest and lake. Quiet location. From the approximately 1400m² property, you can reach the wonderful Millstättersee as well as the center of the market town of Seeboden in about 10 minutes on foot. A wonderful viewing point with a view over the Millstättersee, which has drinking water quality and reaches about 24 degrees in summer, is about 2 minutes on foot from your parking space. You can also reach the forest, from which you can take wonderful walks or bike tours in the area and into the mountains, in 2 minutes on foot. In summer, the Millstättersee region invites you to all summer sports, hiking, cycling (a cycle path leads around the 14 km long lake), mountaineering, climbing, skydiving or simply relaxing in the wonderful baths and bars around the lake. In winter you can use many ski areas in the area for winter sports (Goldeck - about 10 minutes by car, Katschberg, Turrach, Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald, Innerkrems, Weißensee - all about 30 minutes away by car. Our site is undeveloped and therefore does not have a house number yet! The property is located right next to house number 20!

Der Kontakt vorab und die Anreise waren super unkompliziert. Es ist ruhig eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wir waren mit den E-Bikes unterwegs. Der Rasen war etwas hoch und ich fand es dann preislich ein wenig zu viel für nur „stehen“, da wir durch die vielen Nachbarn nicht wirklich draußen sitzen / kochen / duschen wollten. Dennoch waren wir froh den Platz in der Nähe des Sees gefunden zu haben.

Sehr ruhiger Stellplatz mit fantastischer Aussicht. Die Zufahrt ist für geübte Fahrer kein Problem (steile schmale Auffahrt). Der Empfang der Nachbarschaft war leider nicht sehr freundlich, wer damit kein Problem hat, der kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten!

Schöner ruhiger Platz. Sehr nette freundliche Vermieter. Haben sogar extra den Platz für uns gemäht 😉. Zufahrt mit Kastenwagen kein Problem. Bei größeren Wohnmobilen wird's evtl schwierig. Nachbarn recht speziell hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Kommen gerne wieder.
