"Im Felde" was the old name for our property. It's located between fields, meadows, and small woods. The center of Steinhagen is about 2.5 km away – easily accessible by road or by taking a leisurely stroll through the woods and fields. The village has two ice cream parlors, a library, an indoor swimming pool, restaurants, and supermarkets. The Waldbad – Steinhagen's natural outdoor pool – is also easily accessible by bike. The bakery is not far away: the bakery is across the street. You can get fresh baked goods there on Friday and Saturday mornings. The local shop is also open on Sundays. They have the best bread around, and the coffee strips are simply fantastic :-) Public transportation is available, but we'd better not talk about it any further. You'll be standing in the sunny and airy grass and moss in the garden behind or next to the house. We have a fire pit on site. We can fill up your drinking water, and electricity can also be arranged. We don't have a toilet or bathroom! But you can charge your electric car or e-bike with our solar power for a small donation. You're welcome to bring your children; there's plenty of space to run around. We don't have any play equipment like swings or slides. Dogs or other animals aren't a good fit for our cat, so we're only suitable for those without pets.
