About the site
Blickinsfreie is an old accordion factory where we have been hosting guests since 2018. It is located in the village of Zwotental (population 40), right next to the forest on a quiet country road. The picturesque Wolfsbach stream meanders through the valley in the woods behind the parking spaces. For the past two years, we have offered four pitches on our orchard meadow above the house, right next to our permaculture garden. Since we have guests on-site regularly, a booking request is required; unfortunately, we cannot offer instant bookings. Electricity costs 3 euros per pitch/night. Use of the bathroom/toilet in the building costs 5 euros per pitch/night. Vehicle length: maximum 7 meters Furthermore, our sauna cabin or hot tub can be booked by our camping guests for a fee, subject to availability. A reservation is required for this as well. Dogs/cats are allowed for an extra charge, provided they are kept on a leash at all times on our property. We have cats! The town of Schöneck levies a visitor's tax and has fully digitized the billing process, meaning that accommodations are no longer permitted to collect the tax directly from guests. To simplify the process for guests, WELCMpass has been introduced. Payment and use of guest bonuses are conveniently handled digitally via smartphone. The visitor's tax is €2.00 per adult per day and €1.00 per day for children/teenagers aged 6-18. Arrival and departure days are counted together as one day according to the Schöneck visitor's tax regulations. We look forward to your visit!

HOUSE RULES Blickinsfreie will now be your home away from home for a few days. We hope you will feel comfortable and relaxed. The points listed below are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. We are sure you will understand this arrangement. This will help us ensure that you and other guests continue to enjoy a great place to stay in the future. Since many people own old buses and campervans, which sometimes leak oil, I would like to point out that we do not accept such vehicles. Our orchard boasts an enormous biodiversity, which we had surveyed five years ago. Therefore, please check your engine for oil leaks before booking. Nature will thank you! Respect for the nature we live in. Cigarette butts in the garden or any other litter is absolutely unacceptable. Ashtrays are provided on the terrace by our barn. The garbage cans are also located there. Alcohol or party excesses are prohibited! Visits from other people who are not part of the booking are prohibited and will result in additional charges if violated! - In the interest of good neighborliness, a quiet period must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Hot pasta water should not be used in the garden! (The plants will die immediately under this water!) - The landlord is not liable for the guest's/guests' valuables. - Since there has been an increase in damage to the fruit trees and flower beds in the garden recently caused by playing children, I would like to remind you that all ball games are only allowed on the orchard meadow above the house. Biodiversity is very important to us. For this reason, our garden has many unmowed areas and various flower beds. These areas are off-limits; they are essentially insect habitats. This is a good thing, as ticks are becoming increasingly common each year. Therefore, please avoid these unmowed areas. Please discuss this with your children to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding and support in protecting nature in this wonderful place. Please use water and electricity sparingly. Thank you! Check-in is possible from 12:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee will be charged. Since we are not always at the property, please inform us of your arrival time by 8 a.m. on the day of arrival at the latest. Bringing pets is subject to a fee. We expect you, as the pet owner, to have appropriate liability insurance for your animal. Pet waste must be removed from the property. Please ensure that neighbors are not disturbed by loud dog barking. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property. The house rules form the basis of your booking.

Super Absprache und wunderschöner ruhiger Platz. Nicht weit entfernt im Wald kann man schön am Bach spazieren gehen.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy.
