Quiet meadow close to nature with a view of our Heidschnuckenweide. The farm is on the outskirts of Wachendorf, at the foot of the northern Eifel and is a wonderful starting point for relaxation in nature. With us you will find space on a spacious meadow with an unobstructed view of the landscape, a fire in the evening, products from our Heidschnucke and chilled drinks. We look forward to you! The manufacture The listed Vierkanthof in the Eifel is home to our manufactory for tuned chimes. Here you get an insight into the production of the handmade chimes. More on this at: www.bauerklangspiel.de The factory shop Our factory shop is also located in the yard. Here we sell our own ringing products as well as gongs and singing bowls, selected gifts, a diverse range of poinsettias and products from our Heidschnucke sheep. The white horned Heidschnucke Our white horned Heidschnucke are outside all year round. They are extremely robust and live with us behind the farm and on the neighboring pastures. The white horned Heidschnucke is on the Red List of endangered domestic animal breeds. With this attitude we make an important contribution to the preservation of traditional livestock. Sausage, meat, skins and other products can be purchased directly on site. On request we will also send you a list of everything currently available. The adventurous hiking trails of the Eifel loops and Eifel tracks lead directly past Wachendorf. Invitation to swim: Madbachtalsperre 14 km / Zülpicher water sports lake 15 km / the Maare, the volcanic lakes of the Eifel, are about 75 km away.
