About the site
Maranà-Tha is a welcoming community a few kilometers by car or train from Ferrara and Bologna. In a protected , though not exactly isolated , bucolic setting , pitch for camper / caravan on self-blocking pavement , if desired under a maxi awning (sheltered from the sun and rain) and large lawns for tents. With your stay , you contribute to our reception and support activities for people in need!

Possibility to recharge your electric car for FREE during daylight hours (thanks to photovoltaic) up to 7 kW - Divide waste correctly - Driving on the lawns with motorized vehicles is prohibited - Unsupervised play area - Play ball only in the designated spaces - Respect plants and flowerbeds - It is forbidden to light open fires, braziers and grills available on request - Keep dogs on a leash (presence of other dogs in the facility) - Possibility of letting dogs circulate freely after having ascertained their compatibility with those present

Visit of the vegetable garden and collection of seasonal vegetables for the guests' lunch or dinner. To be agreed the previous day.
Cancellation policy
- If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 100% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.
- If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.
- If canceled on the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation amount will be refunded by the provider.

It was great to meet Lorenzo and to stay at their community. Lovely place, quite and very welcoming. You couldn‘t wish for better hosts!

Our stay at Lorenzo‘s Campsite was more than lovely! The host gave us recommendations for activities and local attractions, prepared a welcome drink for our arrival and as well as espressos every morning! We felt really safe and comfortable, especially because Lorenzo offered his help for any problem that occurred during our stay. We were provided with electricity, a few options to shower and with a clean sanitary facility. Not only did Lorenzo everything he could to make our stay perfect. But also his daughter and other people living in the commune were always nice, respectful and generous. His property is a beautiful piece of land with different homes, plants, a pond and a chicken coop which results in a beautiful Italian country side atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Lorenzo as a host and would love to come back!

Wir wurden von Lorenzo in der Manana Tha Community rundum versorgt. Es gab ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Er führte uns auf unsere Anfrage hin etwas durch das Gelände und durch den garten aus dem wir frisches Gemüse für unser Abendessen nehmen durften. Wenn wir das nächste mal in der Gegend sind kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

I had a really good time at this place. There’re many possibilities to park your vehicle in an even area with or without sun. Lorenzo was a super nice host. As it was very hot when I arrived he gave me cold water and showed me the best spots at his place to cool down and to rest a little. He was super patient and answered every question. He wanted to have me a really good time and took care of everything. The area is the perfect spot for a one or two night stop over. In the backyard you can rest or watch the chickens run around. To visit places near by you need your car or if it isn’t too hot you can ask Lorenzo for a bike. He maybe has one for you. I really recommend to stay there.
