We are closed from Friday September 29th to Saturday October 7th -> From mid-May to mid-October (earlier or longer due to snow) <- In a quiet and sunny corner of our garden we have 3 parking spaces for you with a beautiful view of either the Gurktal Alps or the garden. Enjoy the peace , space and nature on the Flattnitz at 1400 meters! In the shared garden we have a swimming pool , trampoline , swing , slide , sandpit and seesaw. Our cozy living room with wood stove is of course also available to you! If you are traveling with a dog: please be sure to read the rules!

* Dogs are welcome with us. But: your dog(s) must (s) get along with other animals because our 2 dogs and our bantam chickens move freely on our property. In summer there are always cows (and their calves) present on the neighboring meadow and forest. * Please leave the pitch as you found it upon arrival. * Respect for nature & environment * Local tax (€ 2.50 p.p.p.n.) to be paid on site

Cancellation policy
- If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 70% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.
- If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 40% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.
- If canceled on the day of arrival, 10% of the accommodation amount will be refunded by the provider.

Ein sehr sehr schöner Stellplatz auch gerade für Kinder. Es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz. (Trampolin, Sandkasten, Schaukel, Wippe) Der Pool war der Hammer und die beiden Hunde sind sehr lieb. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit wir haben spontan ein Tag verlängert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen einen schönen Stellplatz auf einer gut gepflegten Wiese. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Bad mit WC und Dusche. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Pool, Spielgeräte für Kinder, Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar eine Gruppe Zwerghühner fügen sich in das Bild mit ein. Giny & Peet sind ausgesprochen freundlich und herrlich unkompliziert. Wir werden uns wiedersehen !

Bei Peet und Giny hatten wir unseren ersten Stop auf unserer 5 wöchigen Reise mit 2 Kleinkindern durch Europa und es hätte nicht besser und schöner starten können. Die beiden sind unfassbar herzlich, hilfsbereit und geben einem ein sehr heimatliches Gefühl als würde man die Familie besuchen. Der Stellplatz ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und wir waren dankbar über die Dusche :) ansonsten kann man von dort aus wunderbar wandern oder auch nur spazieren gehen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die beiden nur empfehlen😘☺️

Very nice place to feel good and relax. It is very quiet and the hosts are very hospitable. Here you will find peace, fresh air, top sanitary facilities and fresh eggs :-). We can warmly recommend the place.

Peer and Giny welcomed me very hospitably. They went out of their way to make my stay friendly and smooth. Access to the sanitary facilities was very uncomplicated, even a kitchenette could be used. I had the place to myself. 🚐💜🍀

Giny & Peet are uncomplicated, communicative and hospitable people. The parking space is beautifully located, the area is ideal for hiking and is very quiet, especially in the evenings. Highly recommended is the Flattnitzer See nearby! Thanks for the bread service in the morning. We definitely recommend the place!

We were extremely satisfied. Giny and Peet gave us a warm welcome and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The nice company, sauna and beer parlor cheered up the rainy days and we were also happy about the homemade eggs. We like to come back (also to look for chanterelles 😅).
