About the site
I Tre Pini (the Three Pines) is a conveniently located green site , surrounded by farmland and fruit trees. Completely private and secure. Our site is perfectly located to visit all of Tuscany. We are close to Florence , Pisa , Lucca and Siena. We are about 30 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the train station where you can explore this beautiful part of Italy. We are far enough away to be immersed in nature but walking distance from all modern conveniences. Close by there is excellent hiking and cycling as well as tasty local produce. We can be quite hard to find , please use the exact coordintes or send me a message with Whatsapp and I'll send you the exact location for your navigation system.

Cancellation policy
- If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 80% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.
- If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 40% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.

Un Lieu superbe avec tout ce qu’il faut autour, pas loin de la mer et de pise, 40 min de train pour Florence !!! Les commodités sont largement suffisante …. Des hôtes superbe avec un super barbecue pour clôturer le séjour un véritable bonheur !!! De superbe rencontre …..

Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toilette war verfügbar, nur Trinkwasser nicht.

It’s been a perfect stay. Matt is the nicest! Surrounded by sunflower fields, a nice view of the mountains, it’s a marvellous spot. We even got a delicious bottle of local wine for a very good price. 100% recommended. Just make sure to ask Matt for directions, let him send you the location. You won’t find it just with address and navigation.

Our stay at Matthews and his wifes farm was great. We felt very comfortable and were provided with tips for delicacies in the area. The fresh eggs from their own chickens are a must! The large meadow is great for camping or staying in the van. Matthew is a warm and hospitable person and we hope to have the opportunity to camp on the farm again soon.
